Smoked chicken and pineapple salad
- Chicken breast (smoked): 1 pc. (~300 g)
- Pineapple (preserved): 3-4 rings
- Onions: 1 pc.
- Cashew: a handful for decoration
- Mayonnaise: to taste
- Sweet corn: 1 can
Coking time: 15 minutes
Dice onions finely, dice chicken fillet.
Dice the pineapple rings.
In a bowl, mix the diced chicken fillet, onions, and pineapple. Add sweet corn and mayonnaise, stir thoroughly.
Using a food ring, place the salad onto a plate.
Decorate the salad with cashew nuts.
