Chicken with mayonnaise and garlic sauce
- Chicken fillet: 1 pc. (~600 g)
- Mayonnaise: 350 g
- Sunflower oil: 150 ml
- Drinking water: 100 ml
- Garlic: 1 bulb
- Herbs: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
Next, the fillet slices must be fried in sunflower oil on a heated pan until they get a golden crust.
Now, it is time for the sauce. To make it, we have to mix mayonnaise with water and add the finely diced garlic.
Pour the freshly made sauce over the fillet.
Sprinkle with finely cut herbs and let simmer for around 15 minutes, until ready.
