Provence-style stuffed tomatoes
- Tomatoes: 10 pcs.
- Cheese (hard): 350 g
- Shrimps: 500 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise: to taste
- Herbs: to taste
Cooking time: 15 min
Shell shrimps, dice finely and boil them in salted water.
Grate the cheese.
Mix the shrimps with cheese, add chopped garlic, herbs, and mayonnaise.
Carefully cut off the top part of each tomato and remove the pulp from the inside. Stuff the tomatoes with the shrimp mix.
