Pork tenderloin with apples



  • 1 pork tenderloin (400 g)
  • 1 French shallot
  • 1 apple
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil refining


On a heated pan with vegetable oil to put meat on high heat quickly browned it, sprinkle with sea salt and send it in the oven in a sleeve for baking (180°C) for 20 minutes. Separately, stew the chopped onion and apples for five minutes, add the thyme and apple juice. Simmered sauce boil down by half, add the cream. Serve pork cutting and seasoned sauce.
