
Effective January 1, 2017, we (Ltd. Gidrosend) initiate a shift in our mayonnaise production to ensure its compliance with the new regulatory documents. Thus, from that date onwards, mayonnaise sauces will be produced in compliance with GOST 4487:2015 “Mayonnaise and Mayonnaise Sauces,” while mayonnaise will be produced in compliance with own-issued Reference Specification TU U 30048041.001-99 "Mayonnaise. Reference specification.”
As an established producer well known in Ukraine, we have decided to take this step to switch to TU U 30048041.001-99 "Mayonnaise. Reference specification” as the regulatory document for mayonnaise basing on our experience to continue ensuring premium quality and preserving all physical, chemical, and sensory characteristics of our mayonnaise products.
Today, we have already commenced production of our Kukhar Rishelie™ (1)
Fasting Mayonnaise Sauce 30% in 360 g doy-pack and (2)
Three Eggs Mayonnaise Sauce 40,5% in 360, 650 and 1200 g doy-packs following DSTU 4487:2015.
Also in connection with the change of regulations has changed the name of the low-calorie mayonnaise dining Provencal "SMAK" (30%) to
Smachny (Delicious) Mayonnaise Sauce 30% and started its production in packing doy-pack 360 g following DSTU 4487:2015.
